These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Good Morning Cat Ba. By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation & Payment
A booking is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation. Good Morning Cat Ba reserves the right to cancel any booking for which payment has not been received by the agreed deadline.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date the written notice is received:
- More than 30 days prior to departure: The deposit is non-refundable.
- 7–14 days prior to departure: A cancellation fee ranging from 50% to 100% of the total tour price may apply, depending on confirmed services.
- Less than 7 days before departure, no-show, or last-minute cancellation: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may exclude banking or transaction fees.
3. Changes & Amendments
Requests for changes to confirmed bookings (including travel dates, participant names, or services) must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Changes requested within 7 days of the departure date are generally not permitted or may incur additional charges. Good Morning Cat Ba shall not be liable for any losses arising from the inability to amend bookings.
4. Child Policy
- Children under 5 years of age: May travel free of charge or at a reduced rate when sharing accommodation or seating with parents.
- Children aged 5–9 years: Usually charged 50%–75% of the adult tour price.
- Children aged 10 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.
The child’s age must be declared accurately at the time of booking. Proof of age may be requested.
5. Liability & Force Majeure
Good Morning Cat Ba acts as an agent for third-party service providers and shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, weather conditions, or events beyond reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to all terms stated herein.
